He has served in key leadership roles across a variety of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, textiles, education, construction, and engineering. His distinguished career includes positions such as HRBP – PS and R&D at Bayer Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd, Group Head HR at Auriga Group, and senior HR roles at Crescent Bahuman Ltd., Eden Housing, Trident Construct, and British Education & Training Systems (BETS).
Academically, he holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (MHRM) and an LLB from Punjab University, and is a Certified Trainer from City & Guilds of London.
